I am a somatic facilitator, a lover of life, a dancer, a twerk prophet, a trickster, a writer and a creator. After dancing my way through the world, I fell in love with somatic work and was later swept away when I dug my heels into the fertile soil of personal mythology. 

 

Today, my passion rests in developing my personal work through movement mythology, which brings together somatics, the body as a symbol of the self, myths and storytelling and symbolic gestures as ways of decoding and re-creating the self to meet its fullest expression.
