ACCESS YOUR DREAMBODY

Know who you are the core

Are you ready to step beyond words and finally stop holding your breath?

Much of our pain comes from distorted thinking. If you doubt this, ask yourself: when was the last time you felt fully yourself—able to move freely without overthinking?

Intimacy with the Body

Become intimate with your body. It’s just the two of you—so what will you choose to do together?
Gently disarm the mind, allowing yourself to feel your body in its fullness. Past a point, intellect can pull you away from embodiment.

Culture and the Body

Research in psychosomatic medicine shows that while body issues are often normalized, many are deeply influenced by culture. A lot of people carry body resentment without even realizing it.

Body Reading: Restoring Full-Spectrum Aliveness

Postural Analysis

1. Notice your alignment and areas of tension. Ask yourself: What natural changes is my body asking for?

The goal is to restore truth through movement. Your body reveals what inhibits, suppresses, or supports it—if you are willing to look.

2. Breath and Sensation -  Observe your breath and felt experience. What holds you back? What supports your wholeness? Why wait for permission to breathe the way you want to breathe?

How are your senses engaged in daily life? How intimate are you with your own breath?
Your dreambody is already perceptible in your movements—can you shift your viewpoint?

3. Emotional Expression
Track your gestures, voice, and micro-movements. Do you need to feel emotions inwardly, or does your body crave physical release?

4. Integration

Identify patterns and circuits within your body, then find ways to step out of them.

Ask: What does my dreambody look and feel like?

With deep grounding, comes deep feeling and with deep feeling comes deep wisdom.

Your guide:
Alexandra Cozma

My name is Alexandra. I come from a long line of women who knew how to listen—
to the earth, to the sky, to the silent language of hands.
My great-grandmother was a village midwife.
My grandfather read the weather by watching the movements of sheep. I learned the moods of chickens through their sounds.

In 2017, after years of chronic pain, everything shifted.
One session of manual therapy gave me a few pain-free hours—
enough to know healing was possible,
enough to begin again.

Since then, I’ve walked the somatic path—
studying the body, listening more deeply.
I trained in TRE™ and traditional Thai massage in Thailand,
and studied advanced fascial therapy with world-renowned mentors.
Each step, a return to rhythm.

My work is rooted in the body and held by story.
I carry a love for literature, theater, and nature,
and though I’ve studied widely,
I always return to the body as home.

Above all, I believe in life—
in beauty, in healing,
and in our power to begin again.

I’m here to walk beside you
as you find your rhythm
and your way home.
