After ten years spent in Europe, in complex organizations, with high pressure and real responsibility, we (Simona and Alexandra) returned to Romania with a very simple question:

What truly supports performance without costing us our health?

Somatic Sacral  

Sacral Somatics is a signature methodology developed over the past six years, created specifically to bring life back into the sacral area. We use specific movements to:

✣ restore pelvic mobility and flexibility

✣ support and improve pelvic health

✣ bring a sense of safetyback into the body for those experiencing anxiety, restlessness, lack of confidence, or a lack of safety within their own body

reduce overthinking

This somatic program focuses on awakening each part of the body through specific movements—noticing where tensions or mental blockages arise, how they restrict movement, and then rewriting these patterns so that new movement —and a new self—can emerge.

It is a technique that blends intuitive movement, dance techniques from around the world (considered archetypal movements of the body), and somatic practices to awaken the body through internally generated movement flow.

Where there is a lack of movement, presence, or mobility, there is often also a lack of awareness, emotional understanding, or inner flexibility.

Thus, what this somatic movement brings is clarity on what both our bodies and our movements say about our internal world—emotions, inner dialogue, inner critic, and subconscious beliefs.

Somatics can help you see and understand more clearly that your movement patterns shape your personality and how you relate to the world.

Disconnecting from your body limits not only how you move, but also who you become.

In short: we will move from the ground up, awakening the legs, pelvis, knees, belly, chest, arms (shoulders, elbows and palms) and, finally, the head.

The intention is to invite the entire body to participate in your everyday movements—and, of course, in your dancing as well.

Alexandra is a certified TRE facilitator, fascia specialist, and specializes in European and Thai manual therapies .

For Alexandra, it all started with two years of chronic pain, anxiety, and exhaustion. Her first real experience of physical liberation showed her that health is not solved by mindset or conversations alone.

The body must be included.

From there, she began delving deeper into body-oriented approaches, as the foundation of sustainable wellbeing.

Simona is currently the only facilitator of the Deep Body Institute in Romania, as well as a movement coach.

She works with the wholeness of the body by accessing all its layers: cognitive, physical, cultural, emotional and energetic.

Simona's passion is studying archetypal movements and gestures, which are instantly recognized by the body and can create desired emotional states or facilitate much faster and deeper emotional processing and integration.
