This somatic program focuses on awakening each part of the body through specific movements—noticing where tensions or mental blockages arise, how they restrict movement, and then rewriting these patterns so that new movement —and a new self—can emerge.
It is a technique that blends intuitive movement, dance techniques from around the world (considered archetypal movements of the body), and somatic practices to awaken the body through internally generated movement flow.
Where there is a lack of movement, presence, or mobility, there is often also a lack of awareness, emotional understanding, or inner flexibility.
Thus, what this somatic movement brings is clarity on what both our bodies and our movements say about our internal world—emotions, inner dialogue, inner critic, and subconscious beliefs.

Disconnecting from your body limits not only how you move, but also who you become.
In short: we will move from the ground up, awakening the legs, pelvis, knees, belly, chest, arms (shoulders, elbows and palms) and, finally, the head.
