11. Return Policy

11.1. The return policy does not apply to the purchase of the Service, including any advance payment, unless a defect or problem with the Service is found.


11.2. Due to our return policy, we will not accept chargeback requests or chargeback threats from your debit or credit card provider. If you have any concerns about the Service, you agree to let us know in accordance with these Terms. If you choose to pursue a return request without first contacting us, you agree that doing so will constitute a breach of these Terms and you will indemnify us for the reimbursement of any fees, costs or charges imposed by your debit or credit card provider or our commercial service provider, as a result of your actions, together with our reasonable costs for managing the situation, calculated at a rate of 700 RON per hour.

12. Cancellation Policy and Termination of Contract

12.1. You have the right to cancel access to any Service by sending an email notice to contact@unseenanatomy.com . Subject to Clause 10, despite cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund unless clause 12.2 applies.


12.2. Upon cancellation or termination under these Terms, all payments (including any future installments) in respect of the Fee shall immediately become due and payable.


12.3. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement and your access to the Services, effective immediately, if:
12.3.1. commit a material breach of your obligations under these Terms; or
12.3.2. fail to provide payment of the amount owed to us when it becomes due;
12.3.3. become the subject of a bankruptcy order or other similar financial proceedings affecting you or, as the case may be, your business;
12.3.4. act or behave in a way that we reasonably believe could have a negative effect on our business or reputation;
12.3.5. do not positively engage with the Services or impede their provision; or
12.3.6. you do not comply with these Terms or any other guidance we provide, whether or not such action constitutes a material breach.


12.4. Upon termination for any reason:
12.4.1. all terms that, either expressly or by their nature, refer to the period after the provision or termination of the Services will remain in effect; and
12.4.2. you will no longer have the right to access or use any private groups, meetings or content, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing; and
12.4.3. you will cease to use, either directly or indirectly, any Content and/or Confidential Information belonging to us and you will immediately destroy or return any copies in your possession.

13. Complaints or Concerns

13.1. If you have any concerns about our Site or our Services, you agree to notify us by email at contact@unseenanatomy.com and give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and resolve the issue before take any further action. In the context of this clause, additional measures include stopping payment or initiating a request for the return of funds or a similar request.


13.2. If you experience a problem or malfunction with our Service, please notify us immediately by email at contact@unseenanatomy.com. We will make every effort to remedy the problem, and if we are unable to resolve it, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. For more information about your rights as a consumer, we recommend that you contact a local legal advice office or a lawyer.

The cost of an individual somatic facilitation session usually varies between 1000 and 1700 lei, depending on the client's needs, as well as the duration of the session (90 - 120 minutes). For multiple sessions, subscriptions are available that can provide significant benefits. For example, a package of 5 sessions can cost between 4000 and 7000 lei.

Online facilitation uses video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom or Skype) and is suitable for those who cannot physically attend meetings.
